Sterlite Power Transmission Limited is part of the Vedanta-affiliated Sterlite group, established in 2000 and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. The company combines power-transmission infrastructure development with manufacturing of high-voltage conductors, optical ground wires (OPGW), and extra-high-voltage XLPE power cables produced to IS 7098 Parts 2 and 3, IS 398, and IEC 60840, IEC 62067 and IEC 61089.
