We don't sell cable. We don't accept paid placement. Brand ordering on this site is alphabetical by default.

We publish each brand's BIS CM/L licence number, verifiable independently at bis.gov.in. No spurious cable, ever.

Each figure comes from the manufacturer's published price list. Effective date and source label visible on every product page.

CablePriceIndia is published by the CablePriceIndia price-research desk — a small team with a background in the Indian wire and cable trade. We read every manufacturer price circular the day it reaches us, map each line item against the brand's BIS-certified catalogue, and load it with its printed effective date. Nothing on this site is machine-scraped from third parties: every figure traces to a manufacturer's published document, and every page shows when its data was last verified.
EDITORIAL POLICY- Brand order is alphabetical, always. No brand pays for position; no brand can buy its way off a comparison.
- Every figure is sourced. Price-list label and effective date are shown on the page that uses them. If we cannot source a figure, we do not publish it.
- Analysis is separated from data. Where we add interpretation — copper cost floors, implied margins, standards guidance — it is computed from stated inputs with the formula disclosed on the methodology page.
- Corrections within 24 hours. Report an error to contact@cablepriceindia.com with the URL and the source document; confirmed discrepancies are fixed and re-stamped.
CablePriceIndia is a trading name of the publication; it is not a dealer, distributor, or seller of cable. Standards references cite the Bureau of Indian Standards edition year (e.g. IS 694:2010, IS 17048:2018) and are verifiable at bis.gov.in.
