Prices shown are indicative, sourced from publicly published manufacturer lists, and subject to copper-driven and dealer-discount fluctuations. They may not reflect real-time updates. Errors and omissions excepted.

Note on list vs effective transaction price. List prices vary 50–70% across BIS-certified manufacturers; effective transaction prices vary <10%, governed by copper economics. Typical industry discount range: 25–55% from list. List price is the publicly verifiable benchmark — transaction price requires a verified delivered quote. The Cu-floor column is the copper-cost-anchored economic floor and is identical for every brand at a given size.

About this standard

What is CCTV cable?

CCTV camera cables combine an RG59 75-ohm coaxial conductor for video signal with 2 (3+1) or 3 (4+1) PVC-insulated copper conductors for camera power, all in a single PVC outer sheath. The 3+1 variant is for analog CCTV cameras that need 12V DC power. The 4+1 variant adds a separate audio/control conductor. Most analog CCTV installations in India use 3+1 cable; PoE/IP installations use Cat6 LAN cable instead.

Frequently asked

About CCTV Camera Cable (RG59 + Power)

3+1 has 1 coaxial + 3 power conductors. 4+1 has 1 coaxial + 4 power conductors, with the extra conductor used for audio or PTZ camera control.
